Before joining the firm in April of 2019, Ms. Nini was an Assistant Prosecutor at the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office in Trenton, New Jersey. Ms. Nini worked as an Assistant Prosecutor for four and a half years in various units including the Grand Jury Unit, Appellate Unit, Trial Unit, Megan’s Law Unit, and Special Victims Unit. Ms. Nini also independently supervised three different units as the Chief of the Forfeiture Unit, the Expungement Unit, and the founding Chief of the Humane Law Enforcement Unit, which was created in 2018 due to a change in the law regarding the investigation and prosecution of animal cruelty cases.
